Designing a non-conventional coaching program that is specifically customized, pragmatic and jointly agreed upon between me and my client. Since there is no “one-size-fits-all” methodology, the goal is to address situational realities and challenges that the leader faces and to seek better decision-making styles, unearth personal biases, and leverage on new insights.

Providing a solid foundation for a better understanding that emotional competencies are the best differentiators between star performers and typical contributors.  Exploring the impacts of communication styles on receiver perceptions, reaction, and morale. Factors include thinking before talking, clearly communicating reasons for major business decisions, objectivity in decision-making, avoiding passive aggressive behavior, developing tolerance in stressful conflict.

Partnering with client companies in planning for new senior hires’ organizational socialization and assimilation; and facilitating the transition of promoted senior managers from former roles to higher levels of responsibility will ensure improved integration, productivity and motivation.

Conducting confidential and discrete personal interviews as an objective external consultant could reveal valuable insight into the senior personnel’s overall experience at the workplace, positive and negative aspects of the job, or the work environment that they may hesitate to disclose to in-house management.  A well-directed inquiry could also reveal trends that indicate significant reasons for remaining with the company or for planned departures.
